Thank you for your interest in sponsorship opportunities with CTSNet, Inc. CTSNet is a not-for-profit corporation that depends on you, our corporate partners, to help us extend and expand our capabilities and mission as the leading portal of educational tools and resources in the cardiothoracic specialty. CTSNet OverviewCTSNet is the most comprehensive, most heavily trafficked, and most reliable online source of information about cardiothoracic surgery available worldwide, and our online community of cardiothoracic surgeons is the largest in the world. To date, we have signed up nearly 22,000 cardiothoracic surgeons to become part of our online community, and we work continually to provide worthwhile content that will bring those members back to the site again and again. Our traffic in the community has grown substantially and now measures, on average, over 500,000 sessions per month and over 3.2 million page views per month. CTSNet, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation jointly created by the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS), the American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS), and the European Association for Cardio-thoracic Surgery (EACTS). In addition, CTSNet has participation agreements in place with more than forty other cardiothoracic surgical societies around the world. Those societies have agreed to use CTSNet as their official online voice. This backing by the recognized professional societies throughout the world gives CTSNet a level of credibility and an authoritative voice unmatched by any other online source. Key Points
Industry Partnerships With CTSNetCTSNet's unique specialty-wide, targeted professional audience, and stature in online resource development ensures the most efficient use of your sponsorship dollars by delivering the highest quality educational content to a comprehensive, global online audience. Sponsor Options - How Does Sponsorship of CTSNet Work?CTSNet sponsors typically, though not always, sponsor a particular educational section of our site. This may be an existing section or a new section that CTSNet and the sponsor jointly feel would be a valuable addition to the ever-expanding repository of educational material that CTSNet delivers to its community. Based upon their total amount of support (including the sponsorship of particular sections), sponsors are recognized at three levels: Founding SponsorsThis highest level of CTSNet sponsorship is for those companies wishing to share in the development of CTSNet as it shapes the way surgeons and industry interact in the Internet era. Founding Sponsor companies will sit for a three-year term on the CTSNet Round Table, which holds twice-yearly strategy meetings with the CTSNet Board. Founding Sponsors also have the right of first refusal for sponsoring any new content areas on CTSNet. Sustaining SponsorsSustaining Sponsors also have input to the CTSNet Round Table, but do not have a full seat and are limited to a one-year term. This level of sponsorship is ideal for companies wishing to participate in shaping CTSNet without taking on the larger three-year commitment made by Founding Sponsors. Contributing SponsorsAlthough Contributing Sponsors do not participate in the CTSNet Round Table, they receive all other benefits afforded CTSNet sponsors and are recognized for their support of the entire CTSNet effort. Industry Forum ParticipationYour company may also participate in the CTSNet Community through the Industry Forum, where you can help surgeons track advances in your products and services. Use the self-service tools in the Industry Forum to convey product specifications, basic science or physiology related to your products, tips and tricks, links to related articles, and other educational materials.
