Discussions: IntroductionThe CTSNet Discussion Forums allow the efficient exchange of ideas over the Web. Some forums are open to the public, some only to surgeons registered for CTSNet, and some to surgeons in specific organizations or committees. CTSNet software determines whether a reader can participate based on the reader's User ID and Password. Each Discussion Forum is associated with one or more Categories. Each Category has a particular focus, and includes one or more topics or "threads" that represent separate ongoing conversations. Individuals post messages to contribute to those topics. Most Discussion Forums are moderated to ensure the focus of each Category is not lost. The moderator can remove individual postings that are off topic or do not contribute new ideas or issues. Moderators also may remove postings - or block users - that do not abide by the rules of participation. Note: Discussion contents reflect the views of individual participants only. CTSNet and its owner organizations bear no responsibility for accuracy of participant comments and will bear no legal liability for discussion results. Before you participate in a Discussion Forum, please review the Discussion Forum Disclaimer and Rules.
